SHIPPING:

DELIVERY SCHEDULES

Although we ship most orders within 48 hours of order placed, depending on stock level we it might take a few days longer. We do however endeavour to keep you up to date on your order via email or online portal. Average delivery days will be 2 days up to a maximum of 15 days. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us URGENTLY. We can however not control the courier / transport company, hence we cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe.

NOTE: Some products have a longer lead/manufacturing time and some are only manufactured as orders come in. If this is the case it is stated on the product page.

Shipping Restrictions:

• Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations due to size, weight, or hazardous materials.
• We will notify you promptly if any items in your order are ineligible for shipping or require special handling.
