Your exhaust is exposed to many varied elements, including extreme heat and rough terrain. To handle these tuff conditions, Torqit use stainless steel that is up to 2mm thick to maintain structural strength even after bending. Being extremely durable and difficult to crack, you can go off-road with peace of mind that your exhaust system will stay in tack. 

 

 

Torqit uses 304-grade stainless steel which is renowned for its high strength, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance. This is known as austenitic stainless steel, made from a high percentage of chromium and nickel that makes it extremely resistant to rust, stress, and harsh conditions such as high temperatures Torqit has you covered.

 

 

All Torqit exhausts are TIG welded internally and externally, to reinforce the system for maximum strength. TIG welding is a more complex and time consuming process than the usual MIG welding technique found on other exhausts, however, it is a key part of creating a premium exhaust system. 

 

 

Torqit's Mandrel Bender uses a flexible mandrel rod to support the pipe internally and prevent crinkling as it is bent. This helps maintain a smooth and constant diameter, improving the efficiency of your engine. 

 

 

Flex bellows are an exhaust flex joint, designed to absorb excess movement and vibrations on the chassis of the vehicle. This prevents stress and strain on the exhaust and caters to slight adjustments when aligning and fastening the exhaust flanges. 

 

 

Torqits exhaust systems are a DIY bolt-together system which comes with a full fitting kit. You won't require a hoist, as fitment can be done on your driveway in around two hours with some basic sockets and spanners.
