The Reason Is That The Lower Control Arm Compounds The Amount Of Lift Due To Its Angle And Length. Rear Extended Shackle Kit: Built To Strict Oem Standards Specifications. Better Handling, Control And Comfortable Ride Both On And Off Road. These Shackles Will Give You Approximately 2"Inch (47-50 Mm)Or Extra Lift Due To The Fact That You Are Raising Just One End Of The Spring. With Shackles It Will Have a Much Smooth Ride On Or Offroad As The Shackles Are Able To Move With The Leaf Spring Giving A Much More Linear Stress Reduced Suspension Action.
