Installation Guide

1. See the images (above) for the location of the EGR cooler and where to insert the plate.

2. Remove the 3 bolts connecting the EGR cooler to the exhaust manifold

3. Loosen the mounting bolt/s of the EGR cooler

4. Apply silicon sealant around the edges of the EGR plate

5. Slide the EGR plate in onto the cooler side of metal gasket

6. Replace the 3 bolts and tighten - Factory recommends torque to be 23 nm

7. Tighten the mounting bolt - 23 nm
