  • Isuzu D-Max MY21 (Post August 2020 Production to April 2024) with Factory LED Headlights Only

  • IMPORTANT - This will not fit the SX Model as it does not have Factory LED Headlights.

  • IMPORTANT - This will not fit the current model MU-X.
  • For non LED models (SX) please use our H4 Piggyback adapter.
