Polyair Bellows - Load Assist Kit (for Leaf Sprung Vehicles)

Smooth Ride and Enhanced Safety for Any Load

The Polyair Bellows load assist kits are specifically designed for leaf sprung vehicles, offering adjustable air support to prevent rear-end sag when loading up or towing. These kits ensure a smooth, comfortable ride when your vehicle is unloaded, with the flexibility to easily adjust for heavier loads, improving safety, handling, and ride quality.

Key Features of Polyair Bellows:

• Air Adjustable from 5-100psi: Tailor the support level to match your specific load requirements, providing a smooth and comfortable ride when unloaded and enhanced stability and handling when hauling heavy loads.

• Durable Construction: Built from superior 2-ply fabric-reinforced rubber for long-lasting performance. The Zytel® Nylon end caps offer ultra-high strength and corrosion-proof durability, making these kits reliable in a range of driving conditions.

• Easy Installation: Polyair Bellows kits are designed for quick installation with easy-to-follow, illustrated instructions. Most applications don’t require chassis drilling, making them convenient and hassle-free to fit.

Off-Road Ready Solutions:
For the 4WD enthusiast who needs even more flexibility, check out our optional Polyair Cradle Kits. These allow the Bellows to detach at one end, enabling full suspension extension for improved off-road articulation, traction, and grip. Perfect for those who enjoy off-roading and need additional support when fully loaded.

The Polyair Bellows system offers the ideal solution for improving your vehicle’s suspension performance, whether you’re driving on the highway, towing, or hitting the trails.
